Dear Sir
Excalmed responded to an emergency call from
Queenshaven, an old age home. The response team
was excellent, compassionate and caring. The Matron
of Queenshaven would like to thank the four paramedics
who responded for their kindness, thoughtfulness
and respect family’s wishes.

To the Excalmed Medical Response Team
I would like to take this opportunity to thank
Nick for all his help and quick response to our
call on 12 November. We had a child who was
injured and even though it was not a serious injury,
it was more of a fright to everyone. We have realised
that your team is the fastest response there is
and I would like to thank all of you for your hard
work in helping people all over, as I have seen
many of you in action before.

Dear Sir
Our nursing auxiliary students have been studying
First aid including the utilization of ambulance
equipment. I would like to thank Johan Botha and
Francois Lombard who were extremely helpful and
professional whilst assisting us with demonstrations
regarding the equipment. The students are sincerely
grateful and have gained useful knowledge regarding
first aid.

My husband died suddenly on the 7th July. I feel
I must thank Grant who arrived to help
me. He was efficient and most compassionate,

Dear Excalmed,
On Monday 5 July, Rikus responded to a call in Edenglen.
Unfortunately the resus was not successful and my
sister was declared dead shortly after arriving
at the hospital. On behalf of my family I would
like to thank Rikus for his prompt response, his
dedication to saving lives and his compassion for
traumatised people.

I would just like to take this opportunity to personally
thank your team for quick response and assistance
on Friday the 3rd December. It is not
only comforting to know that help is always at hand
but to know that there are still some medics
upon which we can rely.I would like to make a

Craig who was comforting to Freda, as
this was a traumatic experience for all of
us but mostly herself.

Dear Sir
We would like to thank you for the excellent service
you provide with your medical response.
On Saturday 7th July we had a medical emergency.
The paramedic arrived in a very short time
and Allan took control of the situation and we
immediately felt at ease. He made some extremely
well informed choices on my behalf, as
I the patients wife was rather panic stricken at
the time. Allan played a major role in saving
my husbands life and we cannot praise him highly
enough

year old mother came to live with my husband and
I. At 84 she naturaly has lot of medical problems
that i was unable to cope with alone. On many
occassions I have need help and advice, and your
paramedic unit that is run by Rikus, has always
been there, I am very grateful for your excellent
service and especially for Rikus whom has helped
more than he will ever know.
